Visiting Puerto Rico? Alliance members and travelers from other academies are welcome to train with us. Please review our guidelines before your first class.
Before you arrive
Sign the waiver online and book your class through our booking page. Arrive 10-15 minutes early.
What to bring
A clean gi (white, blue or black), or a rash guard, shorts and spats for NoGi. Plus flip-flops for off the mat and a water bottle.
Hygiene
Clean uniform every class, trimmed nails, no shoes on the mat and no training with skin infections.
Mat etiquette
Respect your partners and instructors, follow the coach's lead in rolling, and tap early and often.
Mat fees
Visitors: $25 per class.
