Why kids who train walk taller

Why kids who train walk taller

Parents usually bring their kids to Jiu-Jitsu for fitness or self-defense. What they notice first is something else: their child stands a little taller.

Confidence they earn. On the mat, kids learn to stay calm in tough spots and work their way out. Every stripe on their belt is proof they did something hard.

Focus and respect. Class has a structure. Kids listen to the coach, wait their turn and take care of their training partners.

Self-defense without fighting. Jiu-Jitsu teaches kids to control a situation without throwing punches, which builds confidence in dealing with bullies.

We have classes for kids 3 to 6 years old and 7 to 13 years old, so every child trains with kids their own size. The first class is free.
